Assemblage: 33% Grenache blanc, 33% Roussanne, 33% Bourboulenc

Tasting Notes

Colour: golden yellow with some faint green lights.

Nose: intense and very charming, floral and slightly toasty. Hints of ripe, exotic fruits, finishing with a mineral note.

Palate: fleshy and ample in the mouth, hints of vanilla and tinned fruit. It finishes full, long and warming with a reminiscence of toast and liquorice.
